Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products/services and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads/sales.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Create and manage content for the company’s website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), etc.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
